Bacon-Wrapped BBQ Chops
- 2, 1” thick boneless pork chops
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
- Margaritaville Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Slice pork chop into ½” strips.
- Wrap each piece of pork with strip of bacon.
- Place strips on a baking sheet and cook for 12 minutes.
- Place under the broiler for 5 minutes.
- Serve with a side of Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce for dipping.
