Sweet & Spicy BBQ Glazed Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 ½ cups Margaritaville Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Margaritaville Mesquite BBQ Rub

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Place in a 5x9” loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, drain any excess fat, coat with remaining Margaritaville Sweet & Spicy BBQ sauce and bake for another 10 minutes.
