Grilled Calypso Cod

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4, 4oz. cod fillets
  • 1 tsp. Margaritaville Calypso Rub
  • 1 cup Margaritaville Salsa
  • 1 lb. cooked white rice


  1. Heat margarine on medium heat in frying pan or on flat grill.
  2. Season both sides of cod fillets with Margaritaville Calypso Rub.
  3. Cook fillets on one side for 5-7 minutes. Flip fillets, top with salsa, and cook for another 3-7 minutes.
  4. Serve over white rice.
