Chili Citrus Shrimp Nachos

INGREDIENTS

  • 1, 13 oz. bag Margaritaville Sea Salt Tortilla Chips
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1, 10 oz. package Margaritaville Key West Chili Citrus Shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cilantro

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook Margaritaville Key West Chili Citrus Shrimp according to package directions.
  3. Meanwhile, layer chips on a cookie sheet and top evenly with green onions and avocado.
  4. Scatter cooked shrimp over chips and finish with cheese and cilantro.
  5. Bake nachos until cheese is melted, about 7 minutes.
