DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook shrimp as directed by the packaging 
  2. Cook rice as directed by the packaging 
  3. Assemble your bowls by layering your cooked shrimp over your cooked rice
  4. Top with shredded carrots, cucumber slices, avocado slices, and green onions
  5. Drizzle spicy mayo over top and sprinkle with chili flakes or sesame seeds
  6. Store your leftovers for easy meals throughout the week!
