Coconut Shrimp Crostini
INGREDIENTS
- 2 boxes of Margaritaville Foods Coconut Shrimp
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- ¼ cup orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons toasted coconut
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 16 slices of ciabatta bread sliced into ¼” rounds
- 3 tablespoons of salted butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare Margaritaville Foods Coconut Shrimp according to the air fryer instructions. While these are cooking, preheat the oven to 400F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add the bread rounds to the sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Brush on garlic butter onto each bread round.
- Bake bread for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, whip the softened cream cheese with orange marmalade.
- Spread an even amount of the whipped orange cream cheese onto each piece of mini garlic crostini.
- Add one piece of air fried shrimp to each.
- Sprinkle toasted coconut on each followed by green onion. Enjoy warm!
