Mesquite BBQ Steak Kebobs

  • Margaritaville Mesquite BBQ Rub
  • 3 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cored and cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cored and cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime


  1. Cube sirloin steak and toss to coat with Margaritaville Mesquite BBQ Rub. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 1 hour. 
  2. Once the meat has marinated, thread it onto the skewers alternating with pieces of bell pepper and red onion. 
  3. Grill kebabs over medium heat, turning often, until all sides of the meat are well browned and vegetables are tender - about 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Top with cilantro, serve with a slice of lime and enjoy!
