Margaritaville Sunset Shrimp Roll

  • 8 oz Margaritaville Sunset Shrimp Scampi
  • 1 large celery stalk, peeled, finely chopped
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 T chopped fresh dill
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 hot dog buns, preferably potato, split
  • 2 T unsalted butter, room temperature


  1. Cook shrimp as directed on packaging. 
  2. Once cooked, chop into small pieces.
  3. Combine celery, scallions, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, vinegar, and paprika; season with salt and pepper. Fold in shrimp. 
  4. Meanwhile, toast hot dog buns.
  5. Spread butter on each toasted bun and fill with shrimp salad.
