Bacon-Wrapped Volcano Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 package Margaritaville Volcano Shrimp
  2. 4-5 slices bacon, cut in half

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Arrange bacon in a single layer on baking sheet and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Remove bacon from oven and wrap a piece around each frozen Volcano Shrimp. 
  4. Arrange bacon-wrapped shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
